@jasonkeath @TMobile T-Mobile has always been clutch for me, switches over from Verizon 2 years ago with no issues at a better price. I don’t travel broadly by in LA/OC area service is near perfect.

@crawler955 @askdes @TMobile Oh, knowing T-Mobile it'll be a whopper with BS flowery language to follow suit, vs. any other carrier offering actual fair pricing. I really miss the #UnCarrier & all of its moves, which they have now destroyed whilst increasing pricing & degradation of service.

I called in a while ago and they confirmed that they added the daily international plan on, and today when reaching out, they said the plan isn’t available for me and that the call never happened. Integrity is everything in life.

Everyone, I need your help: @TMobile wiped out an offer *they sold me a phone with* last year 04/18/2018, effectively stealing from me, a grad student customer. They offered me my s9+ for half price, SB's have been charging me the full cost the whole time! Please RT. @JohnLegere

@ATT my phone drop calls and I’m seeing a NO SERVICE SIGNAL. I’ve been a member since 2003. I’m switching to @TMobile probably this weekend. I’m paying @ATT $89 and still run out of data. Everything is limited.

This is the utmost devious robbery of customers a company like @TMobile can make. It's like they just wanted to shut me up for one of THEIR CSRs selling me a service that didn't exist, lied about the price they offered, and just wiped it out and had me paying full price all along

@TMobile @TMobileBusiness another day and the exec #customerservice has not bothered to return my emails calls or any correspondence. She replied to my BBB complaint but didn't bother to actually tell the entire truth. This is ridiculous. #Verizon has to be better than this
