Run by the government of North Dakota, the North Dakota Lottery has begun in 2004. The approval of voters of a constitutional amendment in 2002 has led to the inception of the ND Lottery. The North Dakota Lottery is allowed to offer only multi-jurisdictional games. All the games that are offered by the North Dakota Lottery are part of the Multi-state Lottery Association, which is also shortly known as MSUL. Players must be at least 18 years or older in order to partake in the games provided by the North Dakota.

In-Person Claim
You can go to any authorized North Dakota Lottery retailer to claim prizes of up to and including $599 in person.
You can also visit the North Dakota Lottery Office to redeem lottery winnings of that amount.
For winnings worth $600 upwards, winners should go to the North Dakota Lottery headquarters or to any of the Lottery district offices to claim their prize.
Mail-in Claim
You can file a mail claim for lottery prizes of $1 - $599 by sending your claim to the mailing address of the North Dakota Lottery Office. You will be required to complete a claim form which can be accessed on the official Lottery website.
You can also mail you prize claim for prizes worth $600 or more.
Mailed in claims should include a completed winner claim form collected at any North Dakota Lottery office or printed from the official Lottery website.

You must tender 2 forms of ID as valid verification.
